Full Job Description

Chase and Holland specialise in the recruitment of Finance and HR staff. The 2 founding Directors have over 15 years experience in specialist recruitment and have a team that have also worked within the industry. Our portfolio of clients varies from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. We are currently recruiting for a number of businesses that are looking for candidates with finance backgrounds who are seeking their next opportunity.

Our client has been the leading company in their industry for a significant period of time. They pride themselves in that they provide a quality service and have been approved by all the major manufacturers. They are currently looking to recruit a temporary Credit Controller (2 months) within their busy finance team.

The role will involve:

- Chasing debt, predominately through telephone calls but also through fax, letters and e-mail
- Identifying and dealing with both internal and external queries
- Liaising with a ledger of clients on a daily basis
- Requesting credit notes where necessary
- Allocating cash onto the client's bespoke system

The successful candidate will have credit control experience, a strong character and excellent communication skills.

This is an excellent chance for the correct candidate to gain valuable credit control experience within an extremely successful organisation. He/she will be generously compensated for the two months that they will be with them.
