Chase and Holland specialise in the recruitment of Finance and HR staff. The 2 founding Directors have over 15 years experience in specialist recruitment and have a team that have also worked within the industry. Our portfolio of clients varies from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. We are currently recruiting for a number of businesses that are looking for qualified candidates (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or CIPD) across a number of sectors.

Our client is a global business with operations throughout Europe, Asia and the US. A really exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified or finalist level CIMA candidate with good management accounts experience. This role will see you managing a small finance team as well as getting involved in supporting the Finance Director during a period of rapid growth.

This is a great chance for someone of the right calibre to take the next step, your day to day responsibility will include Cash management, production of the monthly management accounts, staff management, financial controls, adhoc projects and improving and implementing the current finance processes.

The right individual will probably be a graduate who is currently completing CIMA or have just become qualified. You will also need to have good experience of producing management accounts and excellent communication and IT skills.
